Who we are

Table Art UAE is the trading name of ISC Floral Trading FZ LLC, and supplies DMX LED centrepiece hire, event decoration and theming, and retail greenery installations across Dubai and the wider United Arab Emirates. What we collect

We only collect what an enquiry actually needs. There is no account system on this site, no login, and no purchase checkout.

• Enquiry details you type into our forms — your name, email address, phone number and event type. Depending on which form you use, we may also ask for your company, event date, venue and approximate guest count.
• Messages you send us — the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls relating to your enquiry, together with our replies.
• Basic usage data — anonymous, aggregated statistics about how people move through the site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where in the world visitors are. This is measurement data, not a profile of you.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for identity documents, financial information or any special category data.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and quote for your event. This is the main reason we hold anything at all.
• To deliver the hire. Event date, venue and guest numbers tell our crew what to build, where to take it and when.
• To keep a record of the work. Past events inform future quotes and help us honour anything we agreed with you.
• To improve the site. Aggregated usage data shows us which pages are useful and which are not.

We will only send you marketing if you have asked us to. Every marketing message we send carries a one-click unsubscribe, and using it never affects an active enquiry or booking.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. A small number of service providers process it on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

Some of these providers operate servers outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual data protection commitments to keep your information protected to the same standard. We will also disclose information where the law or a competent authority requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can pick up the thread if your event is postponed or rescheduled. Records of completed bookings are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and contractual purposes under UAE law. Aggregated usage statistics carry no identifying detail and are retained indefinitely.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to hello@table-art.ae and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for this and we will not make it difficult.

If we cannot resolve a concern to your satisfaction, you may raise it with the relevant UAE data protection authority.

Security

Our site is served over HTTPS, our systems are access-controlled, and only the people who need your details in order to run your event can see them. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach ever affects your information.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and move the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be notified directly.
