Terms & Conditions
Two things live here: the rules for using this website, and the framework we hire under. The commercial detail for your event — prices, dates, deposit and cancellation terms — sits in your written quotation, which takes precedence over anything general on this page.

1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Table Art UAE, the trading name of ISC Floral Trading FZ LLC, supplier of DMX LED centrepiece hire, event decoration and theming, and retail greenery installations across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. By using this website you accept the website terms in sections 2 to 4. Hire terms in sections 5 onwards apply once we have issued, and you have accepted, a written quotation.
2. Using this website
You may browse, print and share pages from this site for your own use and for the purpose of evaluating our services. You may not scrape it, copy it wholesale, republish our photography or product descriptions as your own, or use it to build a competing catalogue.
3. Accuracy of what you see here
We keep the catalogue and specifications as current as we can, but product finishes, dimensions, battery performance and availability can change. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. A binding commitment only exists once we issue a written quotation and you accept it.
4. Intellectual property
The Table Art name and logo, the site design, the product photography and the written content are owned by us or used under licence, including from our UK parent. Nothing on this site transfers any right to use them.
5. Quotations and bookings
- Quotations are based on the brief you give us — event date, venue, table count and any theming requirements. If the brief changes, the quotation may change.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document. Stock is only held for your dates once the booking is confirmed in writing.
- Payment terms, any deposit, and the cancellation and postponement charges that apply to your booking are set out in your quotation. Those written terms govern.
6. Delivery, installation and collection
Unless the quotation says otherwise, we deliver, install, program and collect. You are responsible for giving us safe and timely access to the venue, for arranging any venue permissions or passes we need, and for a suitable place to work. Where a venue delays or denies access and that causes additional cost, we may charge for it.
7. Care of hired items
Every item we supply remains our property throughout the hire. From the moment we install to the moment we collect, you are responsible for the items on site. You agree not to move, dismantle, re-program or attempt to repair them, and not to allow anyone else to.
Items returned damaged, contaminated or missing will be charged at the replacement or repair cost, which we will evidence to you. Fair wear and tear is expected and is not charged.
8. Safety and suitability
Our centrepieces are battery-powered, cable-free and designed for indoor event use. They are not toys, they are not rated for immersion, and they should not be placed where they could be knocked into food or drink service paths. If you have an unusual environment in mind — outdoors, poolside, high heat — tell us at quotation stage so we can advise properly.
9. Liability
We will supply our services with reasonable skill and care, and we insure our work appropriately. Our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the value of that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sponsorship or reputational loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Events outside our control
Neither party is in breach because of an event genuinely outside its reasonable control — including severe weather, government restriction, venue closure or utility failure. Where that happens we will work with you to reschedule rather than simply cancel.
11. Images of your event
We may photograph our own installation work and use those images in our portfolio and marketing. We will not identify your organisation, your guests or your venue without your permission, and if you would prefer we did not photograph at all, tell us in writing before the event and we will not.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. We would always rather resolve a problem by talking to you first.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the version in force on the date your quotation was accepted.
